Imagine that you live in a country where it grows an abundance of juicy fruit, but where it’s impossible to preserve it so the fruit lasts the whole year. This scenario exists in Mozambique. Here, harvested fruits and vegetables are quickly getting destroyed, if not eaten immediately, and a lot of the fruit never reaches the final consumer. This project enables concentration of fruit in developing countries by using a new technology. This provides a healthier product free from all kinds of chemicals.
